Advancing Retail Initiative Best Practices

Abstract

The UnidosUS Advancing Retail Workers Initiative supports organizations and programs that help individuals start or advance on a career path in the customer service or retail sector. Our most recent cycle of this Initiative was implemented by four Affiliates across the country from June 2017 to March 2018. This document covers highlights, best practices, and lessons learned from the four programs.
