Abstract

This statement for the record is intended to express our support for H.R. 2820, the "Dream Act of 2019" and H.R. 2821, the "American Promise Act of 2019. Congress must grant these individuals, their families, and their communities, the peace of mind and certainty of permanent, legislative relief.
